Nominating Committee
The role of the Nominating Committee is to identify leaders in the membership rolls who have the skill sets and perspectives that align with NPMA’s strategies, goals, and needs.

Public Policy Committee
The role of the Public Policy Committee is to direct NPMA staff in the development of NPMA’s positions on legislative and regulatory issues impacting the professional pest management industry and generally guide staff in representing the industry on public policy issues.
Recruitment and Retention Committee
The mission of the Recruitment and Retention Committee is to advise NPMA on topics and issues related to attracting, developing, and retaining talent by sharing human resource practices and resources with NPMA Members.
Technical Committee
The role of the Technical Committee is to enhance NPMA’s efforts to provide members with accurate, high-quality technical resources.
Wildlife Committee
The role of the Wildlife Committee is to act as the lead group for NPMA on nuisance wildlife-related issues.
